Antonio Urquides, 65, of Aguila, died Sept. 28 in Wickenburg Community Hospital.
He was born Jan. 27, 1921 in Phoenix.
Urquides lived his entire life in Arizona and was a member of the Catholic church.
He served with the 186 First Medical Detachment as a technician fifth grade in the U. S. Army from June 1944 through June 1946 and was considered a sharpshooter rifleman.
He is survived by his wife, Natividad Urquides, of Aguila; two sons, Rudy and Richard Urquides, of San Pedro, Calif.; three daughters, Jo Ann Baugh, of Lomita, Calif.; Christina Urquides , of Downey, Calif.; and Betty Kelwihwoomahu, of San Pedro, Calif.; ten grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Rosary is Oct. 6 evening at 7 p.m. at Wickenburg Funeral Home Chapel.
Services will be Oct. 7 at the Good Shepherd of the Desert Church in Congress at 10 a.m., the Rev. Joseph Bosch officiating.
Interment will be in the Congress Cemetery.
