Funeral services will be at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 11, 2006, at Hampton Funeral Home. Arrangements by Hampton Funeral Home, Prescott, Ariz. --------------------------------------- Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Wednesday, January 11, 2006 Cheryl Ann Tokarz, age 51, of Ash Fork, Ariz., died Jan. 5, 2006, in Ash Fork. Cheryl was born April 29, 1954, in Upland, Calif., to Franklin and Hazel (Sanderson) Van Horn. Cheryl loved her family, her many animals, her vegetable and flower gardens. She was a true outdoor woman. She leaves behind many dear friends. Cheryl is survived by her children, Kimberly Maurter, Doris Brown and Paul Bennett; her mother and father Hazel Ellwood and Frank Van Horn; brother Gary Van Horn; grandchildren Chynna, Douglas, Amber, Dwois III, Detrick, Deven, Christian and Elizabeth; and best friend Marjorie. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Steve and Tim. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 11, at 6 p.m. at the Hampton Funeral Home, 240 South Cortez St., Prescott, Ariz.
