The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ November 13, 1986, p. 17 Jim F. Freeman, 94, died Nov. 6 in Wickenburg. He was born July 31, 1892 in Sparkman, Ark. He is survived by his wife, Altha Freeman, of Wickenburg; two daughters, Lois Fox, of Desert Hot Springs, Calif., and Stella Lang, of Omaha, Neb, three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Freeman was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post in Wickenburg. He served in the U. S. Army in the infantry during World War I. He moved to Arizona in 1936, lived in California and returned in 1975 to Wickenburg. He was a member of the First Southern Baptist Church in Wickenburg. He lived in Arizona for 38 years. Services were Nov. 9 at the Wickenburg Funeral Home, Pastor Delbert Henderson and Pastor Bill Fox officiated. Interment will be at Sparkman Cemetery in Sparkman, Ark. Arrangements were made by the Wickenburg Funeral Home.
