Arizona Daily Sun, Flagstaff, Arizona Thursday, August 5, 2010 Bill R. Swafford, 74, of Munds Park, died Tuesday, Aug. 3, 2010. Mr. Swafford was born in Booneville, Ark. He had lived in Munds Park and previously Phoenix after moving from Kansas in 1968. He was a member of the Masonic Temple Arizona Lodge, No. 2 and the El Zaribah Shrine. Mr. Swafford is survived by his wife, Linda Swafford of Munds Park; daughter Pamela (Justin) Biendit of Phoenix; sisters Catherine Pollard, Wanda Faye Patton, Shirley Parisi, Ruth Tatum and Jean Thomas; and brothers Bobby Swafford and John Harold Swafford. Visitation will be Monday at 9 a.m. followed by a 10 a.m. funeral service at the Munds Park Community Church. A graveside service will be 2 p.m. at Greenwood Memory Lawn Cemetery in Phoenix.
