FLETCHER, Patti Ann

Kingman Daily Miner, Kingman, AZ Thursday, August 5, 2010 Patti Ann Fletcher, born Sept. 8, 1943, in St. Louis, Mo., passed among family and friends on Saturday, July 24, 2010, in Tucson. She was a graduate of Mohave Community College Nursing Program in 1973 and she worked as a registered nurse at Tucson's St. Joseph's Hospital for 33 years. She was preceded in death by her stepson, Steven; and daughter-in-law, Zarina Westfall. She is survived by her husband, Les; her brother, Jack London and his wife Gail; her son, James R. (Leigh) Westfall, USMC Retired of Virginia; her daughter, Robin Carpenter of Kingman; and five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren, many of whom reside in Kingman. A private service was held at East Lawn Cemetery, Tucson, on Friday, July 30, 2010. She will be missed by all who knew her.
