Downs II, born September 5, 1938 in Albany, New York passed away August 6, 2010 in his Sedona home surrounded by his family. A memorial service will be announced at a later date followed by a reception at the Elks Club, Sedona, AZ. He was the inspiration to all who knew and loved him. Loving husband, father (Pops), grandfather, uncle and friend to all. He will be truly missed here on earth but is celebrating with loved ones in heaven.
