The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ 02/02/2007 Noah A. Shackleford, 69, died peacefully Jan. 25, 2007 at the RTA Hospice and Palliative Care Center in Lakeside after a courageous battle with cancer. He was retired from Sheet and Metal Union Local 359. Mr. Shackleford served in the United States Air Force for four years. He was a native to Arizona and loved the White Mountains. Mr. Shackleford enjoyed four wheeling, antique cars and a mule named Judy. Mr. Shackleford is survived by his children, Karen Rael and Kevin Shackleford; four grandchildren, Richard, Danielle, Nicole and Steven; one great-grandchild; two sisters, Fonda Eastridge and Bonnie Ambrose; brother, Lonnie Shackleford; and many nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Noah's life will be held Feb. 3 at 12 p.m. at the Eagles Club, 7575 No. 67th Ave. in Glendale. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to RTA Hospice and Palliative Care 1789 W.
