The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Tuesday, August 10, 2010 Herman L. Arthur, 92, of Chino Valley, Ariz., born May 17, 1918, in Portsmouth, Ohio, passed away Aug. 9, 2010. A private burial will be at the Chino Valley Cemetery. Hampton Funeral Home was entrusted with the arrangements.
