Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, Arizona Published Wednesday, August 11, 2010 > Dec. 28, 1955 — Aug. 6, 2010 < Donna June Hamilton passed away in Riverside Community Hospital in Riverside, Calif., Aug. 6, six months and one day after her father. She passed away from natural causes and her ashes will be spread on Ewa Beach, Hawaii. Donna was a registered nurse for 22 years. She was an outpatient surgery nurse for eight years in what is now Havasu Regional Medical Center. Her travels took her to Hawaii where she worked for five years in Tripler Army Medical Center. Upon returning to the mainland, Donna worked for Kaiser Permanente Hospital in Corona, Calif. She is survived by her mother, June Hamilton, of Lake Havasu City; two brothers, Kevin Hamilton and Timothy (Kelli) Hamilton both, of Lake Havasu City; children, Candice (Alex) Thayer, of San Diego, Corey (Sara) Berger, of Las Vegas; two grandchildren, Brittney and Bailey Berger; and three nieces, Angel Defoe, Kaitlin and Erin Hamilton. Though your smile is gone forever and you hand I cannot touch, I still have many memories of the one I loved so much. Your memory is my keepsake, with which I’ll never part. God has you in his keeping and I have you in my heart. Please say hi to Dad. We love you so much, Mom, Kevin, and Tim. There will be no services.
