HANSEN, Yuzy Woo

Yuzy Woo Hansen 7/4/1925 - 7/22/2010 

Yuzy is now in heaven with her loving husband, Melvin L. Hansen and granddaughter, Jena Hansen Goodyear and Woody Burr. 

Yuzy is survived by her four children, Glenn (Cassie) Hansen, Jim (Diane) Hansen, Kathy Burr and Barbara (Sandy) Schadit; grandchildren, Toby and Star Hansen, Genoa (Dean) Killian, Joette Meadows, Buddy Burr, Jamie (Jon) Harrison and Jessica (Taylor) Montgomery; great-grandchildren, Austin and Taylor Killian, Karson and Gracie Harrison and Kross Montgomery; nephew and niece, Chris and Wim Mi Yoon; great-nephew and niece, Brandon and Christeen Yoon; nine brothers and sisters in Korea. 

Yuzy was nurse for over 40 years in Tucson, Yuma, Phoenix and Houston. She loved to walk and sing the National Anthem, making her neighbors smile. She always gave to others not expecting anything in return. 

Mass will be offered at St. Plus X Catholic Church, 1800 N. Pio Decimo on Thursday, August 12, 2010 at 4:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers please donate to Tucson Community Food Bank or a charity of your choice in Yuzy's name. Arrangements by VISTOSO FUNERAL HOME.
