Tisha Mazick was born in Celina, Ohio, Aug. 26, 1951, to Marvin and Chesta Stienecker. Growing up with five siblings, Tisha often shared memories of the days spent with family on weekend adventures, traveling out of town and experiencing close bonds and good times with her parents, brothers and sister. That relationship was passed on to her four children through her love, strength and kindness.
Tisha was diagnosed with breast cancer in April 2010. Her faith and good spirits remained strong through the beginning stages of chemotherapy. Tisha departed this life at 3:15 p.m. July 28, 2010. She was 58 years old. Her love, kindness, strength and personality will be remembered by all and is evident in those friends and family members with whom she shared herself. A tiny woman with a big heart will live on through those loved by her.
Tisha is survived by her parents, Marvin and Dorothy Stienecker, of Scottsdale; son, Scott Mazick, of Las Vegas; son, Randy and Jaime Mazick, and two grandsons Cooper and Tanner, of Lake Havasu City; son, Joey Mazick, of Lake Havasu City; daughter, Jacki Mazick, of Lake Havasu City; sister, Dianne and Ed Baron; three nieces and their respective families of Mesa; brother, Steve Stienecker, of Homer, Alaska, brother, Jeff Stienecker, of Gilbert; brother, Todd and Laurie Stienecker and two nieces, of Mesa; and brother, Kipp and Debbie Stienecker; with one niece and one nephew, of Parker, Colo.
