Dorothy Maurine Broadstock, 81, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 5, 2008, in Lake Havasu City. She was born Aug. 31, 1926, in Chicago, Ill., to Maurice and Rose (Pedelek) Henry.
After college, Dorothy served in the U.S. Army. She then went to work for the Flours Corp., and then went to work for Cal State, Long Beach, Calif., where she retired as an I.T.
Dorothy moved to Lake Havasu City 14 years ago from Los Alamitos, Calif., and worked at the Nautical Inn Resort for the last 10 years. She was active in C.C.D. at Our Lady of the Lake Roman Catholic Church.
Dorothy is survived by her sons, Craig Broadstock, of Garland, Texas, Brian Broadstock, of Lake Havasu City, David Broadstock, of Los Alamitos; grandchildren, Denise Hollan, Chris Broadstock, Christina Broadstock, Brian Broadstock II, Evan Broadstock and eight great grandchildren.
