Services for John Joseph Regan, 57, who died Aug 6, in Saigon, South Vietnam, will be at 10 a.m. Friday in Messinger Mortuary, 7601 E Indian School Road.  Cremation will follow.

Mr. Regan of 2837 N. 68th St. was a project manager in South Vietnam for a Los Angels construction firm.  He arrived in the Southeast Asia country in 1965.  He recieved two awards from Saigon government for his aid in construction housing projects and orphanages.  He also received two outstanding service awardds from the U.S. Air Force.

Mr. Regan was a member of the El Zaribah Shrine in Phoenix and a masonic lodge in Ireland.

Survivors include his wife, Dorene; children, Michael, John and Nora Ellen and a brother and 2 sisters out of state.

The family suggests contributions to the Shrine Crippled Children's Hospital in Salt Lake City.
