TUCSON — Rosary for Winifred H. Byron, 83, who died Monday in a Phoenix hospital, will be recited at 7:30 p.m. today in Northwest Mortuary, 4033
N. 19th Ave., Phoenix. Requiem Mass will be said Friday morning in St. Frances Cabrini Church here. Another Rosary will be recited tomorrow
Home in Tucson.

Mrs. Byron, 1106 E. Whitton, Phoenix, moved to Phoenix 14 months ago from Tucson. Born in Knoxville, Iowa, she resided in Arizona 50 years. She had taught school on the Gila Indian Reservation, was a registered nurse and operated a nursing home in Tucson until she retired.

Surviving are two sons, Paul M. Bartholomeaux of Tucson an Jack P. Bartholomeaux of Phoe nix: a brother, John Shewmaker of Lynwood, Calif.; 10 grand children and five great-grandchildren.

Friends may call at Northwest Mortuary from 2 to 9 p.m today.
