Ralph W. Huber, 72, of Peoria, a retired Navy veteran, died Dec. 30, 1987, in Avondale.  He was born in Cincinnati.  Survivors include his wife, Maxine F.; daughter, Helen F. CRAIG; four sisters; two brothers; and three grandchildren.  Valley of the Sun Mortuary, Tri-City Chapel, 10940 E. Chandler Heights Road.
