Mrs. Edith M. Jehu, 79, who came here five months ago from San Diego to reside with a daughter, died yesterday in her home at 5822 N. 22nd Place.

Services will be at 2 p.m. tomorrow in Whitney and Murphy Chapel, 330 N. Second Ave. Burial will be in Green Acres Cemetery, Scottsdale.

Mrs. Jehu, a native of Iowa, is survived by two daughters. Mrs. Mabel Mieritz of Phoenix and Mrs. Evelyn Jones of Omaha; three sons, Don W. Mitchell of Yucca Valley, Calif., Roy Mitchell of Fort Dodge, Iowa,
and George Mitchell of Ames, Iowa; two sisters, Mrs. Thomas Brown of Orange, Calif., and Mrs. E. Goldberg of Long Beach, Calif.; a brother, George Van Devender of Sioux City, Iowa; seven grandchildren and
15 great-grandchildren.

Friends may call at the mortuary from 7 to 9 p.m. today.
