Anne F. Jensen, 85, of Phoenix, a former pianist with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, died Dec. 30, 1987, at Humana Hospital Phoenix.  She was born in Chicago.  Survivors include a daughter, Carolyn DECKER; son, Roger W.; two brothers; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.  Mercer Mortuary, 1541 E. Thomas Road.  Services at Faith Lutheran Church, 801 E. Camelback Road.  The Arizona Republic Saturday, January 2, 1988, p. C4.
