Nancy Lee McFarland, 11, of Phoenix, a student, died Dec. 30, 1987, in Phoenix.  She was born in Long Beach, California.  Survivors include her mother, Hazel GROVOLA; and brother, Jerry KULO.  Services at Chapel of the Chime Mortuary, 7924 N. 59th Ave.  The Arizona Republic Saturday, January 2, 1988, p. C4.
