William "Bill" Ellis, 73, died Dec. 16, 2007, at his home in Taylor. He was born May 17, 1934, to John M. and Mildred M. Ellis.

Bill served in the Army during the Korean War. He enjoyed woodworking and was an accomplished woodworker.

Bill is survived by his wife, Faye C. Ellis of Taylor; two daughters, Tot (Steve) Martin of St. Johns and Kelly (Bill) Martin of Snowflake; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and granddaughter Taylir Martin.

Private services are planned.
