Annette M. Blair, 88, of Peoria, a homemaker, died Dec. 28, 1996.  She was born in Pennsylvania.  

Survivors include her daughters, Linda Merdick and Clarice Rutherford; sister, Lillian Gebhardt; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.  

Services Tuesday Greenwood Memory Lawn Cemetery, 2300 W. Van Buren.  Contributions Fellowship of Grace Presbyterian Church, Property Building Fund, 8155 W. Thunderbird Road, Peoria, AZ.  Best Funeral Services and Chapel.
