Lorraine Sieling Dwight, age 83, died on Aug. 7, 2010 in Prescott, Ariz.
Lorraine was born in Avon, S.D. and lived there until she married her sweetheart, Edward "Ned" Dwight in 1949. They were blessed to spend 59 years together, in South Dakota, Baudette, Minn. And the last 23 years in Dewey, Ariz.
Lorraine was always known for her gorgeous gardens, fantastic florals and her bountiful bear collection. Her most important priorities were always family and church and she dedicated her life to nurturing and serving both.
Lorraine is survived by her children, Bruce Dwight of Charleston, W.Va., Kim Tyre of Excelsior, Minn.; and three grandchildren, Sarah Brown, Ashley Tyre and Alex Tyre.
A memorial service of thanksgiving for Lorraine's life will be 1 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 12, 2010 at Faith United Church, 1061 Old Chisholm Trail, Dewey, AZ 86327.
