The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Wednesday, August 11, 2010 John C. Schultz, 42, of Prescott Valley, Ariz., died on Aug. 7, 2010, in Dewey, Ariz. He was born on Feb. 27, 1968, in Port Huron, Mich., to Edmund and Penelope Schultz. John was a YCSO detention officer who loved playing softball and fishing. He is survived by his wife Carie Schultz; mother Penny Schultz; sister Linda (Eric) Versteegen; brother Ed Schultz; and nieces and nephews Sean McKenzie, Eddie, Nicky, Matt, Tyler, Krissy, Cody and Sammie.
