25 Feb 1908 - 27 Dec 1996 Harry R. Gordon, 88, of Scottsdale, the retired director of motor vehicles and parks and recreation for Indianapolis, died Dec. 27, 1996. He was born in Pensacola, Florida, and was a member of the Oriental Masonic Lodge, Murat Shrine and Scottish Rite. Survivors include his wife, Maxine; daughter, Sharon Swift; sons, William K. and Harry W.; sister, Ruth Mason; 10 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. Visitation Monday Shadow Mountain Mortuary, 2350 E. Greenway. Services Tuesday at the mortuary. Contributions: Shriner's Hospital for Children, Murat Temple, 510 N. New Jersey St., Indianapolis, IN.
