The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Thursday, August 12, 2010 Edward G. Pape, age 76, passed away at home in Northern California on July 27, 2010. He is survived by his wife Nancy; brother John of Phoenix; son Michael; daughters, Suzanne and Patti; and six grandchildren. Ed was born in Rio de Janeiro on March 24, 1934, to John C.R.C. Pape from England and Dora M. Pape from Germany. The family moved to Prescott, Ariz., in 1941. Ed graduated from Prescott High School in 1952. After four years in the Navy and college, he went to work for Lockheed Aircraft in Burbank, Calif. Ed was part of the "skunk-works" until he retired. Memorial services were private. He will be remembered for his sense of humor and his love of family, golf and cars. Contributions to your favorite charity (or the Republican Party) may be made in his memory.
