Richard L. Penny, 76, of Prescott, Ariz., born April 19, 1934, in Chicago, Ill., passed away Aug. 17, 2010.

A celebration of life will be 3 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 22, 2010, at Prescott Community Church, RCA, 3151 Willow Creek Road, Prescott.

Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
