Jewel Woodward, 67, of Lakeside, a secretary, died Dec. 31, 1987, at Navapache Hospital.  She was born in Fort Cobb, Oklahoma.  Survivors include her husband, James L.; daughter, Donna BRADSHAW; and stepsons, Mike and Gary.  Services at Owens Mortuary, Show Low.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Tree of Life at Navapache Hospital.  The Arizona Republic Saturday, January 2, 1988, p. C4.
