Karen is survived by her husband of 27 years, Elwood Fulghum and her two children; Raymond Smart Jr. (Sherry Smart) and Kimberly Cox (Michael Cox). Karen enjoyed spending time outdoors, camping, fishing and spending time with her family such as her grandchildren: Arty Newell, Dalton Newell, Ray Smart III, and Tylor Smart. Services for Karen will be held August 7 at 9:00 a.m. at Austin House, 195 S. Willard St., Cottonwood, Arizona. A potluck will follow at the family's home in Cornville.
