LINDQUIST, Thomas (Pete)

The Camp Verde Bugle, Camp Verde, Arizona Thursday, June 17, 2010 Thomas "Pete" Lindquist, 64, of Cottonwood, passed away Tuesday, June 15, at home, surrounded by loved ones. He was born October 14, 1945 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He served his country in the Air Force from 1964 to 1968. Pete was a wallpaper hanger, painter, and artist. Growing up in Minnesota, Pete loved swimming, water skiing and boating. Prior to moving to the Verde Valley in 1996, Pete lived on Kauai, where he enjoyed boogie boarding and exploring the beautiful islands of Hawaii. Pete was preceded in death by his parents, Neva and Ray Lindquist of Willmar, Minnesota.; and is survived by his wife, Ginger, of Cottonwood; daughter, Amber Lindquist of Atwater, Minnesota; sibling(s) Nancy (Joel) Mayer of Richfield, Minnesota, Sandy (Dwayne) Rumney of Willmar, Minnesota and Karen Kosmas (Don Swanson) of Spicer, Minnesota.
