YBANEZ, Jerry G.

Jerry G. Ybanez, 47, of Phoenix, a welder, died Dec. 27, 1996.  He was born in Phoenix and was an Army veteran.  

Survivors include his wife, Gloria; daughter, Monalisa Garcia; sons, Earnist and Edward Garcia; Raymond Suarez, Anthony and Ruban; father, Salvador; four sisters; four brothers; and four grandchildren.  

Services Thursday, National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona.  Brown's Colonial Mortuary.  

The Arizona Republic Tuesday, Dec. 31, 1996.
