Robert Earl Metcalf, 66, of Phoenix, a retired service station manager, died Jan. 2, 1988, at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center.  He was born in Seminole, Oklahoma, and was a World War II Air Force veteran.  Survivors include his wife, Madonna; daughter, Donna CONNER...  (page cuts off here) .
