Howard W. Reidy, 85, of Phoenix, a retired business agent for Tile Setters Union, died Dec. 26, 1996.  He was born in Chicago.  

Survivors include his wife, Helen; daughters, Jeri Warner and Carol Richter; sister, Betty Frohan; brother, Bob; and five grandchildren.  

Services are private.  Miles Damron Funeral Home, Globe.
