Paul C. Leffel, 82, of Sun City, retired owner and president of the Leffel Co. in Missouri, died Dec. 31, 1987, at Boswell Memorial Hospital.  He was born in Anna, Illinois.  Survivors include his wife, Thelma; son, Russell "Rusty"; sister, Edna DISNEY; and two grandchildren.  Services were held in Kansas.  Sunland Mortuary made arrangements.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Sun City Christian Church.  Published in the Arizona Republic 5 January 1988, p. D10.
