Junior D. Kenedy, 52, of Phoenix, a retired supervisor for the City of Phoenix Water Department, died Jan. 2, 1988, at his residence.  He was born in Oklahoma and was an Air Force veteran.  Survivors include his wife, Cleo; daughters, Donna and Christina; stepdaughter, Sarah; stepsons, Richard and Robert; three sisters; three brothers; and three grandchildren.  Graveside services were held at Arizona Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 23029 N. Cave Creek Road.  Published in the Arizona Republic 5 January 1988, p. D10.
