WHITE, Joshua David


Sunwest Funeral Home & Cemetery El Mirage, Arizona Joshua David White passed away July 29th, 2010 in Wittmann Arizona at the age of 30. He was born September 19th, 1979 in Hazard Kentucky. He lived in Hazard, Kentucky with a large extended family until he was six years old. His family moved to Phoenix, Arizona where he attended elementary school. He attended Cactus High School, where he met many lifelong loyal friends. Josh enjoyed history, weaponry, and football. He managed his father's riding stable in Flagstaff Arizona. Josh and his father did horseback stunt work for a movie that was filmed at Cowtown in Peoria, Arizona. Friends and family remember Josh as being a peacemaker, intelligent, good natured, and had a wonderful sense of humor. Josh is survived by his parents, David and Donna White of Wittmann, Arizona, and his sister Ashley Johnson of Buckeye, Arizona. He is further survived by maternal grandmother Peggy McIntyre of Scuddy, Kentucky, and many cousins, aunts, and uncles. He was preceeded in death by one infant sister Erika. His visitation will be held Wednesday, August 4th 2010, from 5 to 8 p.m at Sunwest Funeral Home, 12525 N.W. Grand Ave. , El Mirage, Arizona. Funeral service will be Thursday August 5, 2010 at 10 a.m. at Sunwest Funeral Home, followed by internment at Sunwest Cemetery.
