Haddad, Barbara Helen Barbara Helen Haddad, 72, of Black Canyon City, a retired supervisor of records at Arizona State University, died January 3, 1988, at Mesa Lutheran Hospital. She was born in Phoenix. Survivors include her husband, Camill H.; daughters, Nancy BERGE, Patricia ABEL and LouAnna WHITLEY; one brother; and five grandchildren.
