WAGONER, Thurman Oden

The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ November 13, 2007 Thurman Oden Wagoner, 89, died Nov. 7, 2007, at the Carriage Housin Snowflake. He was born April 29, 1918, to Robert Wesley and Viola May Wagoner in Animas, N.M. His home was in St. Johns. Thurman served in the Navy during World War II. He loved to cowboy and work with his hands. He also loved to hunt and fish. Thurman is survived by his sons, Jim (Claudiene) Wagoner of Wickenburg; Robert Wagoner of Wyoming; Gary (Mary) Wagoner of Texas; and John (Carey) Wagoner of St. Johns. Funeral services were held at Burnham Mortuary in St. Johns Saturday, Nov. 10 Interment followed at the St. Johns Cemetery. Burnham Mortuary of St. Johns handled arrangements.
