The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ November 20, 2007 Violet L. Frankenstein, 79, died Monday, Nov. 12, 2007, in Athens, Texas. She was born Dec. 31, 1927, in Detroit, Mich. Violet was a homemaker previously residing in Show Low and Eustance, Texas, and a member of the St. Jude's Catholic Church in Gun Barrel City, Texas. She is survived by her daughters, Sharon (Dick) Taraci of Phoenix, Kathy (Dave) Gigger of Glendale, Pam (Del) Cass of Eustance, Texas, and Michelle Folsom of Tucson; son Mike (Sandy) Koenig of Scottsdale; 11 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Frankenstein. Graveside services will be held at the National Memorial Cemetery in Arizona at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 20, and Mass of Christian burial at St. Jude's Catholic Church in Gun Barrel City at 8 a.m. Dec. 12. Arrangements were handled by Eubank Cedar Creek Funeral Home in Texas.
