The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ November 23, 2007 Mae Wine Wiley died Oct. 29, 2007, in San Diego, Calif. She was born Jan. 25, 1915, in Lorain, Ohio. Formerly from Holtville, Calif., she retired to Pinetop in 1979. She worked as a volunteer for the Pinetop-Lakeside Chamber of Commerce for 10 years and was active at the Church of Our Savior Episcopal. She is survived by her daughters, Kay Phillips (Allen) and Sandra Wine of San Diego, Calif.; stepson John Wiley (Lora) of Phoenix; and stepdaughter Marlene Bertzen of Reno, Nev. She was preceded in death by husband Frank Wiley, daughter Mary Louise Stiles and son Darold Riser. Her ashes will be interred in the spring at Church of Our Savior Episcopal Church in Lakeside.
