NEES, Olga (Ollie)

The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ November 23, 2007 Olga 'Ollie' Nees died Nov. 16, 2007, in Chandler. She was born Aug. 26, 1907, in Mineral, Idaho. She was a longtime resident of Show Low and very active in the Show Low Emblem Club and instrumental in raising money for the Navapache Hospital through its auxiliary. She is survived by daughter Patti McIntire (Wayne); granddaughter Ann Hartman (David); grandson D. Porter (Patty); six great-grandchildren and seven great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Steve G. Ness. Arrangements were handled by the Navapache Hospital Auxiliary.
