Lyn Marie Thomas, 47, passed away July 4, 2008, in Gold Hill, Ore. She was born Feb. 21, 1961, in Milwaukee, Wis., to Marlene Bonterre and Lloyd Erland.

She and her family moved to Lake Havasu City in 1971 and she graduated from Lake Havasu High School in 1979. Lyn married Doug Thomas Jan. 26, 1980. She loved being with friends and family and making people laugh and smile. She was a devoted Jehovah’s Witness and enjoyed participating in the ministry’s work.

Lyn is survived by her husband, Doug Thomas; three sons, Kit, Toby and Cole; sister, Penny Britton; mother, Marlene Bonterre; and her nieces and nephews, Tiler, Miner and Rebecca. She is preceded in death by her twin sister, Lee Sparks.

A memorial service for Lyn will be held on Saturday at 1 p.m., at the Aquatic Center.
