NEUNEKER, Charles Ervin

Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, Arizona Published Wednesday, July 16, 2008 Charles Ervin Neuneker, 99, passed away July 7, 2008, in Lake Havasu City. He was born Sept. 11, 1908, in Marietta, Ill., to Seigfrid and Josephine (Stephenson) Neuneker. Charles moved to Lake Havasu City 15 years ago from Apple Valley, Calif. He worked as a medical administrative officer for the U.S. Navy in San Diego, Calif.; for 30 years. Charles was an avid fisherman and hunter and enjoyed spending summers in Williams, Ariz. He was also a member of the Masonic Lodge in National City, Calif. Charles is survived by his wife, Fern Neuneker; sons, Charles J. (Donna) Neuneker, of Lakeside, Calif., Richard L. (Connie) Beck, of Lake Havasu City: daughter, Linda K.(Ernest) Suchy, of Lake Havasu City; five grandchildren and six great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his first wife and a grandson.
