GROVEN, Jean

Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, Arizona Published Wednesday, July 2, 2008 Jean Groven, 83, passed away Sunday, June29, 2008, in Lake Havasu City. She was born Dec. 3, 1924, in Park River, N.D. to Bernard and Gina (Fjeld) Everson. Jean moved to Lake Havasu City 20 years ago from Lancaster, Calif. According to her family, she loved her crossword puzzles and watching the court shows, Judge Wapner and Judge Judy. She was extremely generous with her time, always giving. Jean had a wonderful sense of humor and enjoyed making people laugh. Everyone that met her loved her and she will be deeply missed. Jean is survived by her daughter, Deanna Lundin, of Lake Havasu City; as well as all the friends that were blessed to have her in their lives. Per Jean's wishes, no services will be held, however donations in Jean's name can be made to Hospice of Havasu, P.O. Box 597, Lake Havasu City, AZ; 86405.
