Stephen M. Trull, 61, of Chino Hills, Calif., passed away at his home May 26, 2008. He was a former resident of Lake Havasu City, coming here in the late 70s to work at the McCulloch plant.
Stephen was born March 14, 1947 in Oakland, Calif. He spent his younger years in Norwalk, Calif. He left Lake Havasu City in 1983 and returned to his former employer, Armstrong World Industries, a tile manufacturing company, in Southgate, Calif. He retired several years ago after 30 years of faithful service to the company.
He was a sports enthusiast who never met a sport he didn’t love, but baseball was the one he loved best. Steve was a humorous, witty and kind man who helped the downtrodden, always helping anyone who needed his help. He will be deeply missed.
He is survived by his parents, Maurice and Lois Trull, of Lake Havasu City; his loving wife, Cindy, of Chino Hills; brother, Michael (Norma), of Imperial, Calif.; two sisters, Terri (Bob), of Whittier, Calif., and Tina (Chris) Byers, of Lake Havasu City; son, Tyler (Leny), of Chino Hills; daughter, Tara, of Newport Beach, Calif.; and three grandsons, Mac, Edward and Benjamin Trull.
A memorial service was held at Rose Hills Memorial Park on June 3, where he was laid to rest.
