Lamont Mortuary of Globe, Globe, Arizona ~ August 27, 2010 Lemuel Rex Polk (1967 - 2010) Lemuel Rex Polk, age 42, born Aug. 26, 1967 in San Carlos, AZ to Perry and Richenda Polk, passed away Aug. 23, 2010 in San Carlos. He enjoyed watching all professional sports but his favorite sport was wrestling. He was preceded in death by his mother, his sisters, Suenell Polk and Cynthia Alsenay and his two brothers Daniel and Nathaniel Polk. Lemuel is survived by his father, his sisters Eva Cassadore, Adrianne Blackwater and Saphine Polk and his brothers Adrien Polk and Kenneth Irving all of San Carlos along with many Nieces and nephews. The wake will be held Aug. 27 at 4:00 pm at the Polk's residence followed by the service on Aug. 28 at 1:00 pm at Grace Lutheran Church in San Carlos. The interment will follow at Northgate Cemetery.
