DAY, Pearsall J. "Bud"

Captain Pearsall J. Day, "Bud", 83, passed away peacefully at his home on December 28, 2003. He was born on October 8, 1920, in Elmhurst, IL. 

Captain Day was a pilot for Pan American Airlines for 38 years until his retirement in 1980. 

Captain Day will be greatly missed by his wife, JoAnn, ("Joey"), sister, Grace Turner, son, Michael (Kathy), daughters, Andrea (David) Burke and Toni (Donald) Nelson, and stepson, Chris Dow. He is survived by seven grandchildren and three great-grand children. 

Visitation and Funeral Service will be held on Friday, January 2, 2004 at Whitney & Murphy Arcadia Funeral Home, 4800 E. Indian School Rd., Phoenix, AZ. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial remembrances to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower Street, Phoenix, AZ 85014-5656.
