Duane E. (Dewey) Flaa, 69, of Scottsdale, Arizona, passed away December 30, 2003. 

He served in the U.S. Army. 

Services on Saturday, January 3, 2004 at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, 3539 E. Stanford Drive, Paradise Valley, AZ. Arrangements by Green Acres Mortuary, 401 N. Hayden Rd., Scottsdale, AZ. Donations to the family for memorial to Alzheimers Research.
