William H. Law, 80, died Oct. 14, 2007, at the home of his daughter in Paulden.
He was born May 17, 1927, in Laporte, Colo., to Harry and Josephine Law. Bill served his country in the Navy for three years. He lived in the Round Valley area since 1955 where he and BettyAnn raised their two children. He was the owner and operator of Big Lake and Crescent Lake for 25 years and retired in 1994.
He is survived by his wife, BettyAnn; son Rick Law of Eagar; daughter Cheryl Ann Hicks of Paulden; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and his sister, Trudy Whitman of Mena, Ark.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Lavitta.
A visitation will be held Friday, Oct. 19, 2007, from 6-8 p.m. at Burnham Mortuary in Eagar. Funeral services will be held Saturday, Oct. 20, at 2 p.m. at First Southern Baptist Church in Springerville. Interment will follow at the Springerville Cemetery.
