GOODWIN, John Park

Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, Arizona Published Tuesday, August 31, 2010 John Park Goodwin, 73, passed away Friday, Aug. 27, 2010, in Lake Havasu City. He was born on Nov. 13, 1936, in Prescott, to George and Mary Goodwin. John and his wife, Ona Sue, were married Nov. 14, 1981, in Prescott, and moved to Lake Havasu City 13 years ago, coming from Prescott. John served his country proudly in the U.S. National Guard of Arizona and was honorably discharged in February 1958. John was a retired deputy. He will be deeply missed. John is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Sue Goodwin, of Lake Havasu City; one brother and one sister; three stepsons and one stepdaughter; numerous nieces and nephews as well as several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
