Norman Peterson Jr.(Bus), 82, passed away April 13, 2008, in San Diego, Calif. He was born May 19, 1925, in Chicago, Ill.
 
Norm was a firefighter in Evanston, Ill., until he retired in 1977. He was an active member of the Elks in Lake Havasu City. He was one of the best firefighters in Evanston and he was the greatest father, grandfather, and Great-grandfather any child could be blessed with. 

Norm is survived by his son, Charles (Marcia) Peterson, daughters, Cyndy (Mike) Starr, Nancy (Sal) Demara; grandchildren, Mary (Joe) Neumayer, Melissa Starr, Susanna Starr; great-grandchildren, McKenzie Sanchez, Ella Bennett, and Erik Neumayer. He was preceded in death by his wife of 59 years, Shirley (Harrison), his sons Bob and Jimmy; his brother John; and his parents, Norman and Lillian Peterson Sr.

He was loved by all and will be missed by everyone.
