HOLLY, Ned

Ned Holly was born March 20, 1913, in Shafter Lake, TX and passed away Dec. 21, 2003, in Phoenix, AZ. 

He was survived by his wife, Nina, with whom he would have celebrated 56 years of marriage on Jan. 25th, 2004, sons, Thomas Jr. and Scott; daughter Kim; grandchildren Scott, Angie, Jeff, Reggie, Matthew, David, and Max, and 11 great-grandchildren. 

Ned and his family were pioneers in Peoria, Az as farmers. He graduated from Peoria High School in 1931, and then completed business college. He was a veteran of WWII and retired from the Army National Guard in 1973. Ned worked for the Southern Pacific Railroad for 36 years and retired in 1978. 

Ned was a beloved husband, father and grandfather and cherished by all who knew him. He will be missed. There will be a private military tribute at the Veteran's Cemetery in Phoenix.
